About the Role

As a Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist/Quality & Integrity Assurance Coordinator, you will help uphold the highest standards of care by monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality across our residential, day support, and community programs. You’ll partner closely with program teams to ensure compliance with state, federal, and healthcare regulations—and to promote a culture of excellence, person-centered care, and integrity in all we do.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing audits and quality reviews across residential and community programs.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency standards.

Review and evaluate Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure they reflect person-centered goals, preferences, and strengths.

Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with program leaders to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

Provide coaching and training to staff on documentation accuracy, compliance, and quality improvement best practices.

Track trends, analyze data, and recommend system-level improvements to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

Partner with the Director of QIC and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen organizational compliance and service integrity.
Minimum Requirements:

At least one (1) year of professional experience providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel locally between program sites.
Preferred
-
Bachelor of Science in a related field (Health, Human Services, Psychology, etc.).

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) credential.

Strong knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards in behavioral health or developmental services.
Physical & Work Environment
-
Regular travel between residential homes, office, and community-based programs.

May require light to moderate lifting, bending, and the ability to physically intervene in rare emergency situations.
