We are seeking a Clinical Director to oversee 4 residential programs located in Richmond, VA and Woodbridge, VA!

CRi's Clinical Directors serve as the direct supervisor of Program Managers and all clinical staff as well as representing CR in the community and with local officials. The Clinical Director is responsible for all daily operations, management and the overall quality performance of the division.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Master’s Degree in a clinical or health administrative field with at least five (5) years of supervisory/management experience in the human service/clinical field.
- Required experience: Supervision, program development, community relations, budgeting, good writing skills, public speaking and crisis intervention.
Work Qualifications:
- Ability to understand agency billing and reimbursement regulations such as Medicaid, Medicare and HUD
- Ability to respond to stressful and crisis situation in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and on-line clinical and administrative systems
- Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships while addressing complex and sensitive administrative and clinical issues
