POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Recruitment for CRH Anesthesia, the Sr. Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), Certified Anesthesia Assistants (CAAs) and Medical Doctor Anesthesiologists (MDAs) across multiple CRH Anesthesia practice locations.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Licensure & Certifications: N/A
Previous Experience: Five or more years of healthcare recruiting experience in Anesthesia in a complex healthcare organization.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop long-term professional relationships with all candidates and hiring managers; Differentiated sense of self-motivation, direction, and flexibility with comfort in a fast-paced work environment; Strong organization development capabilities with effective communication and negotiation skills. Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with clinical leaders.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and using a laptop and mobile device is required. Strong ability to use word processing and database applications. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Travel: Ability to travel for recruitment conferences and other events as needed, up to 15% travel.

JOB SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS
- Recruit passive and active candidates from cold calling, job boards, our internal applicant tracking system, recruitment conferences, the internet, social media, target companies, and networking groups.
- Effectively coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates including initiating email blasts and other online medias.
- Conduct initial phone interview for all CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates.
- Enter new candidates’ demographics, CV, history, licensing information, and document call notes properly into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Pass qualified leads along to the appropriate hiring manager.
- Follow up on hiring process from initial sourcing until the candidate begins new position to ensure a timely on-boarding process.
- Prepare all documentation related to compensation surveys.
- Travel and represent company at recruitment conferences and other events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
