Facility & Fleet Program Technician
Are you a hands-on facility maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with building systems, and keeping fleet operations running smoothly?
Seeking a Facility & Fleet Program Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance, operation, and upkeep of our facilities and vehicle fleet. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys a mix of facilities maintenance, fleet coordination, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintenance and minor repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire safety systems
- Support facility operations, building upkeep, and grounds maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Help manage and maintain the company vehicle fleet program
- Ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, efficient, and operational
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance, building systems, or related technical environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in facility and warehouse environments
Location: Greensboro, NC
Full-Time: Monday through Friday, 1st shift | Non-Exempt
