Summary
We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to manage a mature territory and drive revenue growth across K12, technical colleges and industrial clients. This role combines account management with new business development and requires a consultative, relationship-driven approach. The Business Development Executive will work closely with educators, administrators, and industry leaders to deliver advanced technology solutions that transform technical education programs.

Territory- ND, SD, Western MN

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and industry partners.
- Drive complex sales cycles from concept to funding approval and purchase order.
- Represent a portfolio of advanced technology solutions (automation, robotics, CNC, welding, mechatronics, etc.).
- Attend and actively participate in STEM events and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with internal technical and administrative teams for installation and support.
Education, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical aptitude required.
- 4–17 years of business development experience, preferably in technical or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions with long sales cycles.
- Strong aptitude for technology; able to learn and articulate technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, polished, driven, and self-motivated.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, automation, or STEM education preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
