What are the responsibilities and job description for the Exterior Painter position at Crews Premier Painting?
Crews Premier Painting is hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to join our exterior painting team this summer. We are a fast-growing, high-performance painting company looking for team members who take pride in their work and show up ready to get better every day.
No prior painting experience is required — we provide full training. What we can’t teach is attitude, effort, and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Paint/Stain exterior residential painting projects
- Prep surfaces (scraping, sanding, taping, etc.)
- Apply paint and finishes with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Work with clients
- Opportunities for potential marketing

- Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions
