Career Growth

Independently perform core services (window cleaning, pressure washing, concrete sealing, gutter clearing)
Full-service capable: roof-pump operation, aerial lift certified
Lead crews, oversee quality, mentor teammates & optimize operations
What You’ll Do
- Window & pressure washing (residential commercial)
- Gutter clearing
- Concrete sealing
- Upsell services on-site (submit to your Ops Manager)
- Maintain equipment, vehicle cleanliness & safety protocols
Who You Are
- High-school diploma (or equivalent)
- No criminal history
- Valid driver’s license & ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with the Jobber app
- Customer-focused communicator with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated & eager to work outdoors, year-round
