Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for quality-related applications, including user setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Inventory current tools to understand their function, usage, and potential overlap
- Collaborate with database administrators to ensure data integrity and resolve issues (without owning the database directly)
- Build and maintain form-based solutions using PowerApps, SharePoint, and similar platforms
- Assess legacy tools (e.g., GoCanvas, Node-RED, PowerBuilder) for redundancy and plan transitions to unified solutions
- Stabilize existing systems, identify improvement opportunities, and reduce tool sprawl across the quality organization
- Work closely with quality leaders and end users to simplify workflows and enhance usability
- Contribute to future-state planning for application governance and portfolio rationalization
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and PowerApps (form building, workflows, data connections)
- Understanding of database concepts — how they work, fail, and recover — to effectively liaise with DB administrators
- Familiarity with SaaS tools, form-based systems, and low-code/no-code platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities and legacy technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
