Legal Assistant (Entry-Level) | Employment Litigation

Boutique plaintiff-side labor and employment litigation firm is seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to join its growing team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in litigation and build a long-term career in the legal industry.

The firm represents employees in high-stakes labor and employment matters and is looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. This role offers direct exposure to litigation work, mentorship, and significant opportunities for growth and advancement over time.

This is a fully onsite position in West Los Angeles Area.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and staff with day-to-day litigation support
• Draft, edit, and format legal correspondence and documents
• Help prepare demand letters and other case-related materials
• Manage filing, scanning, mailing, and document organization
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and administrative tasks
• Maintain office organization and assist with general office upkeep
• Support the team with both legal and operational responsibilities as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to handle both administrative and legal support tasks
