Based in Mineola NY
This is a full-time permanent position with an excellent benefit package and end of year bonus
Salary Range: $ 70,000K - $ 80,000K/yr DOE

Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dispatching role or customer service in the HVAC environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle multiple phone lines, strong organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
Must be self-directed and display strong initiative to complete goals
- PC skills: working knowledge Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attributes: Customer-oriented, able to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, and familiar with HVAC terminology and operations.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with frequent phone and computer use.
