Crestwood, Inc., a manufacturer of custom cabinetry and wood products in
Salina, Kansas, seeks a Department Manager with hands-on experience in
finish applications across various wood species and manufacturing
processes. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Lean
Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Organizational Production
principles.\

The Department Manager will oversee the Finish Divisions production
areas, managing 35-45 employees who work Four (4) 10-hour shifts Monday
to Thursday, with additional hours on Fridays as needed. This role is
responsible for coordinating schedules for Part-Time Regular, Full-Time
Regular, and Summer/Seasonal staff.\

The Finish Department Manager is responsible for maintaining high
performance standards and ensuring on-time delivery of complete,
high-quality cabinetry. This position provides leadership to improve
quality and process reliability and to expand the range of finished
applications.\
