What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers in person to answer questions, explain wireless and fiber service options, and match them with the best plans
- Build trust and long-term relationships through friendly, solution-based conversations
- Support daily sales goals by helping customers activate new accounts, upgrades, or bundle services
- Represent the brand professionally and positively in residential and event-based settings
- Work closely with teammates and managers to improve skills, meet goals, and celebrate wins
