Responsibilities
- Enter data meticulously into company databases , maintaining high accuracy and consistency
- Manage order entry processes, ensuring timely and correct processing of customer requests
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data collection, transcription, and record keeping
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and organize data efficiently
- Assist with clerical duties such as data verification, document filing, and updating records in office systems
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry tasks in a professional setting; office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Familiarity with databases, and order entry processes is highly desirable
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; ability to perform transcription tasks accurately
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Basic math skills for calculations related to data management or order processing
- Clerical experience including filing, data collection, and administrative support is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
