Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician, located in Wyoming or with access to the Mountain region. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting issues in the field, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering reliable field service support. The technician will be integral in ensuring equipment operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting
- Field Service and Customer Service expertise
- Experience in maintenance and repair of water treatment systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Technical certification or relevant experience in water treatment systems is advantageous
