We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Client Partnership Group (CPG). Comprising over 20 professionals, CPG is responsible for client service, new business development, and product management, serving multiple roles within the firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a proficient understanding of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel), and is a detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Performance Reporting: Complete recurring, client-specific performance reporting to assist Product Specialists in compiling quarterly performance data for investor reporting
- Assist with data collection and financial modeling such as performance calculation, performance attribution and fee sensitivities
- Update and maintain MS Excel file used by Product Specialists and wider CPG team
- External Database Maintenance: Provide accurate reporting to varies databases (e.g., Pitchbook, eVestment, etc.) on a quarterly basis
- CRM System Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate performance information in Backstop (CRM system)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services investment banking, or a related quantitative role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Financial modeling experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, VBA as well as Power BI
