What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Operations Specialist position at Crestline Hotels & Resorts?
The Treasury Operations Specialist is responsible for planning and monitoring payments within the framework of Crestline’s control environment. This includes providing guidance and oversight to Treasury staff.
Treasury/Banking Functions - Ensure that:
- Tasks are completed within deadlines and all members contribute evenly to team objectives
- Policies and procedures remain current, shared and followed in all respects
- Segregation of duties is maintained and access to systems is appropriate for each role
- Bank accounts are reviewed regularly
- Wires and ACH’s are processed timely and accurately
- Proper documentation of transactions is retained
- New hotels are onboarded with bank account and credit card functionality

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University/College and three (3) years of related experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the above skills, knowledge and abilities.
