What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1.1 Aide for Preschool position at Crestline EVSD?
The 1:1 Educational Aide provides individualized support to a specific student with disabilities to promote access the general education curriculum, independence, and social-emotional growth. Under the supervision of licensed special education staff, the aide implements individualized instructional, behavioral, and personal care support as outlined in the students IEP. This position requires compassion, discretion, flexibility, and strong commitment to inclusion and student success.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit.
Must have ESEA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
