The Goddard School of North Ridgeville is hiring caring, energetic teachers for our toddler and preschool classrooms. We're a play-based school where teachers have real resources, a supportive leadership team, and room to grow. That includes help earning your early childhood credentials if you don't have them yet.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead hands-on, play-based learning activities based on our proprietary curriculum, Wonder of Learning
• Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth
• Keep a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
• Build warm relationships with families and share daily updates
• Work as part of a team with co-teachers and school leadership
  
  
  

What we're looking for

• A genuine love of working with young children
• Reliability and a positive, team-first attitude
• Experience in a child care or school setting is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
• CDA, ECE coursework, or a degree is a plus. If you don't have these yet and are interested, we'll help you get there.
• Must meet Ohio child care background check and training requirements with drug screening and be able to meet lifting requirements appropriate to age group.
