Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
• Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces in pristine condition.
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to health regulations.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards.
• Assist with janitorial tasks during busy periods or special events to support overall cleanliness efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards within hospitality settings.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and janitorial best practices; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
