Sales Enablement Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized Sales Enablement Coordinator to support sales resources, internal training materials, CRM processes, and day-to-day coordination across the sales team.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with sales tools, and able to keep internal resources, projects, and follow-up tasks organized.

• Maintain sales materials, templates, and internal resources

• Support CRM updates and sales process documentation

• Coordinate internal training sessions and team meetings

• Assist with preparing presentations and sales materials

• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up tasks

• Support communication between sales and other departments

• Help organize onboarding materials for new sales team members

• Maintain accurate records and internal documentation

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable using CRM and office software

• Good attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Professional and dependable

• Previous sales support, operations, training coordination, or business support experience is preferred
