Revenue Operations Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized Revenue Operations Coordinator to support sales processes, CRM accuracy, internal reporting, and day-to-day coordination across revenue-focused teams.

This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with business systems, and able to keep sales and account activity organized across multiple teams.

• Maintain accurate sales and account information in CRM systems

• Support pipeline tracking and follow-up activity

• Coordinate sales operations tasks across internal teams

• Assist with preparing routine revenue and activity reports

• Update internal trackers, records, and process documentation

• Help organize sales meetings and account review activities

• Track open tasks, deadlines, and outstanding requests

• Support improvements to sales and operational workflows

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and spreadsheets

• Previous sales operations, account support, business operations, or coordination experience is preferred
