Billing Specialist

Crestfield Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support daily billing operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with invoice processing and payment coordination.

This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring billing activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices

• Maintain accurate billing records and account information

• Monitor outstanding balances and payment statuses

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and billing details

• Review transactions and identify billing discrepancies

• Coordinate with accounting and customer service departments

• Update financial information in internal billing systems

• Assist with payment reconciliation and account adjustments

• Prepare billing reports and maintain organized documentation

• Support monthly billing cycles and administrative processes

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working with numbers and financial documentation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office applications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in billing, accounting, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
