Account Manager

• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned client accounts
• Respond to account questions and service requests
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems
• Schedule client calls, reviews, and follow-up meetings

• Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Support account retention and relationship growth
• Identify opportunities to expand or improve client relationships
• Prepare basic account updates and internal summaries

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Previous account management, sales, or client-facing experience is preferred
