Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Compliance and Private Investment teams. This role offers hands-on experience working with private investment fund data, documents, and regulatory processes within a fast-paced wealth management environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects related to private investment funds, including reviewing and analyzing private fund information to accurately update internal records maintained in Excel and other systems

  • Help compile and maintain data across a large portfolio of private funds, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and easy to access
  • Flag questions or inconsistencies found in documents and stay organized while working across multiple projects
  • Gain exposure to regulatory requirements by helping identify potential filing obligations based on different fund strategies and activities
  • Assist with preparing materials that support compliance reviews, SEC and other regulatory filings, and audits
  • Use Excel and other tools—including AI-based solutions—to help streamline data organization and analysis
  • Learn how virtual data rooms are used in private fund transactions and support related organizational tasks
  • Participate in intern programming including lunch & learns and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree or law school students
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
