Principal Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Principal Scrum Master to serve as a senior agile leader and transformation coach. This role combines deep Scrum expertise with hybrid delivery experience to guide complex, large-scale initiatives across enterprise technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach multiple high-performing teams on Agile principles and practices
• Design and implement tailored hybrid delivery frameworks that blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Mentor Scrum Masters and coach Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership on agile mindset and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
• Support large-scale programs ($50M ) through PI planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team synchronization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help mature the organization’s agile practices
• Translate technical progress into clear executive-level insights for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 8 years in SDLC environments with 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong experience with both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional Waterfall methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM II) and SAFe certification (SPC or SA) required
• Proven track record leading enterprise transformations, ERP implementations, or complex system integrations
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications (CSP-SM, A-CSM, ICP-ACC)
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Experience in regulated industries or large-scale digital transformations
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or organizational change management
