This is a true production role—not a back-office portfolio maintenance seat. You’ll have the autonomy, credit support, and infrastructure to grow meaningful relationships and be rewarded directly for performance.

About the Role

Build a real book with a bank that actually supports production. If you’re feeling capped, slowed down by credit process, or limited in earnings potential, this is worth a confidential conversation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a $10MM–$50MM commercial portfolio
• Develop new C&I and CRE relationships in your market
• Structure, originate, and close commercial credits
• Maintain strong asset quality while growing revenue

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Exceptional financial analysis, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and local market trends.
