We are representing a well-capitalized regional financial institution actively expanding its commercial presence across Louisiana and the Gulf South. This is a true production role—not a back-office portfolio maintenance seat. You’ll have the autonomy, credit support, and infrastructure to grow meaningful relationships and be rewarded directly for performance.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a $10MM–$50MM commercial portfolio
- Develop new C&I and CRE relationships in your market
- Structure, originate, and close commercial credits
- Maintain strong asset quality while growing revenue
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Exceptional financial analysis, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Deep understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and local market trends.
Pay range and compensation package
Up to $225K when including bonus!
