Crescent Multimedia Solutions is seeking a full-time Audio Visual Installation Technician for an on-site role based in New Orleans, LA. The Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of audiovisual (AV) systems, including video conferencing setups, lighting systems, and projectors. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance, and collaborating with team members to meet project specifications within established timelines.
- Proficiency in Audio Visual (AV) systems installation and integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AV-related issues
- Experience with video conferencing systems and equipment
- Knowledge of lighting systems and their alignment with AV configurations
- Expertise in the setup and maintenance of projectors and other display solutions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective client and team interactions
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS certification) are a plus
- Prior experience in commercial AV installation is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client locations as needed
