As a Weekend RN Supervisor at Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our 90-bed facility, providing high-quality care and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Our comprehensive long-term skilled nursing care and post-acute rehabilitation programs cater to a diverse range of patients, including those with dementia and Huntington's Disease.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support to staff members
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and high clinical standards
Collaborate with the Management team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
