Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Hourly pay range: $40–$53/hour
$4000 Sign-On Bonus

SLP Responsibilities
Evaluate residents’ speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Vermont
SLPs licensed in New York or Massachusetts are welcome to apply. We are open to supporting additional state licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
