What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lighting Showroom Associate position at Crescent Lighting Supply?
The core responsibility of this Inside Sales/Showroom Associate role is to provide high quality service to walk-in and call-in customers. In addition to processing transactions in the computer system, will also assist in showroom merchandising and displays. Other assigned duties may include helping the Purchasing and Warehouse departments with inventory management support. This role is a great starting point for growing a career path toward Outside Sales and/or Showroom Management.
Optimal experience: Lighting and/or electrical industry experience, or customer service in a building materials trade.
Skills: Must be able to learn the fundamentals of lighting and lighting design if no prior experience. Should be solutions and service oriented to help customers with options and selections. Able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow-up on all open projects to completion.
Store hours are 10AM - 5PM Tuesday thru Friday and 10AM - 3PM Saturdays. Days off will be Sundays and Mondays.
Hourly compensation will depend on skills and/or industry experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
