We’re looking for a driven sales professional to join our team at Crescent Lighting. This role is all about building and growing relationships with homebuilders, electrical contractors, and designers across the single-family and multi-family construction markets.
You’ll be taking over an established book of business in the South Puget Sound area — with plenty of room to grow. Day to day, you’ll be supporting customers on everything from project design and product selection to making sure jobs run smoothly and on time.
The right person will have experience in lighting sales or at least building materials sales/relationship management, plus a knack for problem solving and providing great service.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative based in Olympia, WA, with opportunities for work from home. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for making sales presentations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and developing new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in lighting and hardware solutions industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
