Role Description
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our Olympia / South Sound territory.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn alongside one of our most experienced sales reps and eventually take ownership of an established book of business built over many years.
You’ll work closely with builders, contractors, and designers — managing projects from initial consultation through order fulfillment — while also identifying and developing new business opportunities in the market.
This is a full-time hybrid role, with time split between customer visits, our Olympia location, and remote work.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and designers
- Manage customer projects from quote to completion
- Grow an existing book of business while developing new accounts
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay organized across multiple projects, timelines, and customer needs
- Act as a trusted partner and advisor to your customers
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in outside sales, account management, or territory sales
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- A proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- Experience in lighting, electrical, or building materials is a huge plus (not required)
