Jet Center Concierge
Horseshoe Bay Resort – Jet Center
Position Overview
The Jet Center Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for private pilots, members, and guests. This role ensures efficient operations and a high level of service for all arrivals and departures at the Resort Jet Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests in person and by phone; manage service requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Flight Coordination: Schedule arrivals and departures using aviation software; monitor email and radio communications.
- Transaction Processing: Handle fuel sales, service tickets, and payment transactions accurately.
- Operations Support: Assist with fuel inventory tracking for aircraft and vehicles.
- Safety Compliance: Complete required safety training and follow all FBO procedures and protocols.
- Facility Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and front desk area.
- Coordination: Work with resort departments to support guest needs from arrival through check-in.
- Minimum age of 21
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
