If you understand how resort economics truly work and can translate financial insight into operational results, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Do

- Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and a clean month-end close
- Partner with department leaders to drive profitability and performance
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
- Oversee audits, cash flow, and multi-entity financial activity
- Build and develop a high-performing accounting team
- Drive process improvements across systems and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership
- Strong hospitality or resort financial expertise (multi-revenue environments required)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proven ability to influence operations and partner across departments
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with hospitality systems (M3, Opera, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
- Financials are accurate, timely, and trusted—no surprises
- Finance is actively driving business performance, not just reporting it
- Strong cross-functional relationships across the resort
- A reliable, high-performing accounting team
