Lash and Brow Artist

Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash and Brow Artist to join our dynamic team! This exciting role combines expert artistry with exceptional customer service, allowing you to help clients look and feel their best. As a key member of our beauty and wellness team, you will perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyebrow shaping, microblading, eyelash extensions, and other cosmetic services. Duties

• Perform professional eyebrow shaping, microblading, tinting, and brow lamination treatments to enhance clients’ natural features
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision to create customized looks that meet client preferences
• Conduct skin care procedures such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing in accordance with safety standards
• Deliver makeup applications for special occasions or daily wear, utilizing color theory and application techniques
• Manage client appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up
• Provide exceptional guest services by understanding client needs, offering product demos, and upselling retail products effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Engage actively in social media management by showcasing work through photos and client testimonials to attract new clients
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and recommending suitable solutions for their beauty routines
• Support front desk operations including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics or barbering required
• Proven experience in management of salon or med spa services preferred
• New Graduates welcomed
• strong social media management skills preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong sanitation practices aligned with industry standards; ability to maintain a clean workspace at all times
• Ability to upsell products confidently while delivering personalized guest experiences
• Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to educate clients on color theory, makeup application techniques, and skincare routines
