National Accounts Merchandiser - West Valley

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The National Accounts Merchandiser is trained and available to work with multiple departments including National Accounts, and Operations. In this role you will work with the National Accounts teams completing account resets in chain and independent accounts. Your work ensures the sale and proper placement of Crescent Crown products in assigned accounts working closely with our customer and competitor. While working with the Operations department you will be responsible for merchandising our product in Major Chain Accounts by filling shelves, rotating stock, and keeping coolers organized.

• Reset Activities including: removing product from shelves, reading schematics and restocking product on shelves in new locations per the provided diagrams.

• While working with the Operations department you’ll help with: organizing the back stock and cooler, and refilling the shelves, rotating and frontfacing products.

Required Education and Experience:

• Possess a valid AZ driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• No prior experience or training required.

• Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
