Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, ensuring that linens and other items are cleaned and organized properly.
- Execute floor care tasks, including carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and kitchens as part of janitorial duties.
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks as needed, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety regulations related to cleaning tasks.
