SNAPSHOT
You are the person our clients call first. From the day a client signs on with us through the last warranty visit, you're the one who knows their story, their priorities, and how they like to be communicated with. You read people well and listen closely. You can tell when a client needs reassurance and when they need a straight answer, and you know how to give both with care.
You are highly organized and protective of your time, and your inbox never gets away from you. Your writing is clear, warm, and thorough. You're comfortable guiding people toward decisions, because you understand that helping a client move forward with confidence is part of taking care of them. You may not know how a house goes together yet, and that's okay. We'll teach you the construction. What we can't teach is the instinct for people that you bring. When clients feel heard, supported, and excited to tell their friends about us, you've done your job well.
