This is a full-time on-site role in Chattanooga, TN, for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT will deliver client-centered, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, assisting in the creation of progress reports, collaborating effectively with a team of professionals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. The RBT will also support parents and families by providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Training or certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong understanding of ABA therapy techniques
- Skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
- Ability to implement personalized behavior intervention plans with consistency and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Patience, empathy, and cultural competence in working with neurodiverse individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
