- Quickly grasp and understand Cresa’s niche market advantages and convey this differentiation in a compelling manner
- Demonstrate Cresa’s proprietary technology to secure and advise clientele
- Understand and stay current with market trends, tenant/buyer movement and deal points
- Prospect for and secure new client relationships
- Canvass southeast Michigan market for users of office, retail, and industrial real estate who would benefit from Cresa’s services.
- Perform various financial analyses
- Source comps and maintain comp database
- Attend industry events
- Compose market surveys
- Compose and negotiate RFPs, LOIs, and purchase / sale agreements
- Michigan real estate license
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license
- 5 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience with proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent computer skills and comfortable with internet-based research
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize
- Project a confident and professional appearance and attitude
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a commission-based environment
- Desire to make occupier-focused real estate a career choice
