The Manager, Operations is an operations project manager who will work with senior operations team to design and execute programs to support the companies’ goals and objectives. The Manager, Operations will provide overall planning for, and direction to operational areas to achieve operating standards, client satisfaction, and financial goals.

The Manager, Operations is an operations project manager who will work with senior operations team to design and execute programs to support the companies’ goals and objectives. The Manager, Operations will provide overall planning for, and direction to operational areas to achieve operating standards, client satisfaction, and financial goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning of both occasional face to face meetings and monthly conference calls along with any corresponding logistics and material preparation
- Research, analyze and prepare materials for the Operations and Executive team. Utilizing Cresa’s HR, Finance and CRM
- Perform, research and execute and complete routine and assigned projects
- Provide day to day support to research and execute projects in any aspect of the corporate operations function
- Support and enable cross-functional stakeholders/teams throughout the organization. This may require coordination and aid to both the HR, Finance and Marketing departments
- Manage and update protocols and operational documentation
- Manage periodic internal surveys, analyze information, and create value added feedback for the operations team
- Coordinate logistics and provide research support for Committees as assigned. This is in the form of calendar setting, agenda setting etc.
- Help with the planning and execution of parts of Cresa’s two annual national conferences
Required:

- Must be self-motivated, extremely organized and possess the ability to efficiently manage time and priorities effectively.
- Must be an independent thinker with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required.
