About the Role
The HR Generalist reports to the CEO and will play a crucial role supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary HR contact for employee issues
- Maintain employee documents
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems
- Leave administration
- Working experience with insurance carriers and insurance brokers
- Onboarding orientation with new hires
- Exit interviews with terming employees
- I-9 verifications
- Assist in immigration process
- Assist in tracking company assets that employees have
- Monitor state tax issues
- Drafting and updating company policies
Requirements
- Experience with all the responsibilities listed above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Multi-tasking abilities
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Human Resources
- Only local candidates will be considered
- Must be on-site M-Th
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
