We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and creative Assistant to the CEO who’s ready to grow with us and help keep the empire running smooth.
What You’ll Do
- Be the right hand to the CEO—handling scheduling, errands, inventory, and customer follow-ups
- Assist with social media posts, product listings, and in-store promotions
- Help prep flyers, packaging, and branded materials
- Support repairs and tech intake (training provided)
- Keep the shop organized, stocked, and customer-ready
- Occasionally help with events, pop-ups, or vendor outreach
Who You Are
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn (we’ll train you!)
- Organized, dependable, and great with people
- Comfortable with phones, tablets, and basic troubleshooting
- Creative eye for branding, visuals, or social media is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required
- Must be 18 with reliable transportation
