Sales Office Administrator (Full-Time, Hourly)
Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a Sales Office Administrator to support our Sales & Events Team. This role is essential to keeping our sales operations organized, responsive, and running smoothly across multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for sales and event inquiries
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Maintain event records, client databases, and internal files
- Schedule client meetings, tastings, and site visits
- Track leads, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations, culinary, and marketing teams
- Prepare basic sales and pipeline reports
- Support sales materials, office organization, and internal events
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative or office support experience (hospitality/events preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Tripleseat or similar software is a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to occasionally support evenings or weekends as needed
