Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to help bring our brands to life across digital platforms. This role is responsible for producing engaging content that captures the personality, culture, food, people, and experiences behind some of New Orleans’ most recognizable restaurant concepts.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and social media. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay ahead of digital trends, and understand how to create content that drives engagement and builds community.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Publishing

• Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish original content aligned with brand voice and marketing campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain consistent posting calendars across multiple brands or locations.
• Develop creative ideas that increase audience engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
• Write and publish compelling captions, promotional copy, and digital messaging consistent with brand standards.
• Manage daily social media activity including posting, monitoring comments, and responding to guest interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Monitor user-generated content and identify opportunities to amplify brand advocacy.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content collaborators.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns, promotions, launches, and digital initiatives.
• Align content with broader brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and business priorities.
• Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and campaign performance.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Stay current on social media trends, editing tools, platform updates, and content formats.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong photography, video production, editing, and copywriting skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of major social platforms and content performance metrics.
• Experience using scheduling, analytics, and content editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, locations, or brands simultaneously.
