What You'll Do
As a Bartender with Big Easy Daiquiris or SLUSH, you'll help create a fun, welcoming experience for our guests while keeping up with the energy of the French Quarter. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and serve daiquiris, cocktails, and other beverages quickly and accurately
- Provide friendly, engaging service to every guest
- Process credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Follow responsible alcohol service and company standards
- Work efficiently during busy, high-volume shifts
- Communicate and work as a team to keep service moving
- Help create the fun, upbeat atmosphere our concepts are known for
- Previous bartending or high-volume hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods
- Ability to meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol in Louisiana
