Job Summary
CreoGroup is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior ERP Analyst to support our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system across multiple manufacturing plants. This role will assist in ERP support, reporting, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems and/or business analysis and is eager to grow in a structured, data-driven environment focused on process standardization and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for ERP system users across departments
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements
- Support data validation, data integrity, and ERP master data governance
- Assist in report development (Crystal Reports)
- Document workflows, procedures, and system configurations
- Participate in ERP enhancements, testing, and implementations
- Support month-end and year-end ERP-related activities (Finance & Operations)
- Help manage user roles, security access, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of ERP, business analysis, or related experience
- Experience working with ERP systems (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality
Preferred:
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (IQMS, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
- Understanding of operations, warehouse, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with data governance and process standardization
