Role Description
The Research Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the AI-driven initiatives within the commercial real estate sector. The smarter the AI the more edge we have!
This full-time, remote/on-site position is based in Irvine, CA. Primary responsibilities include conducting industry research, analyzing market trends, gathering and organizing data, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with the team to refine and enhance AI models. The Research Assistant will also help identify patterns and opportunities within the industry and assist in translating findings into actionable strategies for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends and insights within the commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency in data organization, market analysis, and report creation using relevant tools and methods
- Understanding of financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence processes in the commercial real estate sector
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI model refinement and application
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey research findings clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for tackling complex industry challenges
