We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused Recruiting Intern to support our hiring efforts during a high‑growth period. In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and employer branding, while also contributing to select people‑ops projects. It’s an ideal opportunity for a student pursuing HR studies who wants to build real‑world recruiting skills, learn how a talent team operates, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
Hourly Pay is $20.
This role is onsite and we are looking for someone to start in the summer.

Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and help identify strong talent
- Support outreach and communication with candidates
- Assist with interview scheduling and coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
- Support onboarding tasks and new‑hire preparation
- Assist with HR documentation and process updates
Qualifications
- Applicants should be actively enrolled at a college or university in good academic standing, ideally with a GPA of 3.2 or higher. We also welcome applications from individuals who have graduated within the past 12 months
- Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
