About the role
The Analog Engineer will play a critical role in advancing semiconductor technologies through innovative design, development, and testing. This position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration in a high-tech environment, ideal for professionals passionate about microelectronics and integrated systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: charge-pump PLL, FracN-PLL, Digital-PLL techniques, high-speed clock distribution, and high-speed digital circuit design and analysis.
Base salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for semiconductor components and systems.
- Collaborate with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to ensure performance and reliability targets are met.
- Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance product quality and yield.
- Develop and refine design methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept through production ramp.
- Document technical specifications and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to peers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design, fabrication, and testing principles.
- Familiarity with PLL design (charge-pump, FracN-PLL, Digital-PLL), high-speed clock distribution, and digital circuit analysis.
- Proficiency in EDA tools and simulation software (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
